Due to Covid 19 all our courses have been put on hold till further notice. 

We are now offering on line Courses from Feb 2021 which include:

PILATES 101 

      • Pilates Online Programme for beginners, anyone returning to movement, or anyone who wishes to complement their current exercise regime.Comprehensive and progressive programme, physical therapist designed and led.  
  • 6 week on line Stress Management Programme to include,

Stress: Stress response and physiology

Stress Management:

Diet and Exercise

Mental perception and healthy stress

Breathwork: breathing techniques for relaxation

Mindfulness exercises.
