Boxercise is a form of fitness training that involves boxing concepts. This is a functional yet fun, form of FITNESS training. Starts Tuesday September 12th 7pm-8pm (8 weeks)

Meditation For Relaxation-Geraldine Byrne– Regular practice of relaxation techniques will assist you in relieving muscle tension, reduce anxiety, and improve your overall wellbeing. Beginning Tuesday 7th November 7pm – 8pm (6 weeks)

Tai Chi – Brian Mc Conway– Improves coordination, balance, posture control, bone density, increased lung capacity and gives a feeling of mental well being. Starts Thursday 9th November 7pm-8pm (6 weeks )

Monthly Support Groups– A range of support groups are available for people with a present or past cancer diagnosed and also for friends and family who have been affected. For more information contact the office at Vita House.
